In every respect, our high expectations of students are matched by our high level of support for our faculty and staff. Each teacher, mentor, artist, and coach at LCDS takes part in helping students develop intellectually and emotionally. That’s why we take great care in recruiting, searching locally and nationally for the finest faculty and professional staff … and we take great care in retaining and supporting them. Over the past seven years, we’ve tripled the professional development budget – allowing over two-thirds of our faculty and staff to participate in development programs, research, and continuing education each year.
